Every county and city in Taiwan has at least one famous night market. As well as food, all kinds of products are available ~ mostly cheap clothes, shoes, gadgets and entertainment. Ask a local if you do not know where the nearest night market is to be found!

Below: In Taiwan Local Dialect, this dish is called 刈包(gua4 bao1), same pronunciation as 挂包 in mandarin. Way to eat it: Open the folded bun, then put the cooked ingredient (marinated sour vege, meat, chilli, garlic & grounded peanuts) and...enjoy it! haaa.....
