Le'ts Twirl

This is not just an ordinary hula-hoop, it has 48 massage balls at the inner layer around the hoop. An interesting and effective way to get a good shape! And, it is so economical! Let's get the music started and twirl!
Smaller hoop (Red/White): Diameter - 105cm/Width - Approx.3cm/Weight - 0.74kg
Larger hoop (Blue/White): Diameter - 110cm/Width - Approx.7cm/Weight - 1.5kg

The products are made in Korea, it has a total of 4Steps, and prices differ a little for each step.
Step1 cost around us$15 , Step2 around us$20, Step3 around us$23. However, clueless for the last step...hahaha..cuz didn't see that in the store.

Important: Please do not use this if you are pregnant, or has spinal injuries. Get doctor's advice before you planning on performing this exercise. Safety comes first. (n_n)

Thank you for the lovely gift and card! The cookie is delicious and the pen has smooth ink. It supposed to be a X'mas gift but..well, I ate the cookie! Haa...and I use the pen... :p Cookie has expiry date on it, so I guess I'm definitely doing the right thing to 'dispose' it..hee :p

Frankly, I been sitting here for quite some hours to start writing this. Things you said kept running in my head and there are so many words in mind that I don't know where about to begin. I guess I care because you are a good friend of mine.

It has always been fun to hangout with you and we will have many time to spend together! Don't worry too much as we cannot foresee what's coming up! Cherish the moment we spent and things we shared.

You are going to be fine, so you might as well stop being paranoid. Too much unecessary worries just going to be your burden in life. Anyway, you probably getting a little too 'emotional' as Christmas is on the way...haa....
